Rait Maasikas is the CEO of UP Catalyst, an Estonian deep-tech company converting captured CO₂ into battery-grade graphite and carbon nanomaterials.

Rait has a strong background in corporate finance and banking, with previous experience at Luminor and Swedbank. At UP Catalyst, he has played a key role in securing institutional funding, structuring large-scale investment projects, and positioning the company within the European critical raw materials and battery value chain.
