With over two decades of experience in Arctic mineral exploration and project development, Bo combines a strong scientific background as a former Senior Research Scientist at the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland with proven leadership in listed-company management and international investor engagement.

Bo brings deep expertise in environmental and social impact assessments, permitting processes, and technical feasibility studies. He has extensive experience in the European raw materials innovation ecosystem, having previously served in a senior advisory role at EIT RawMaterials, where he advised on EU-level raw materials policy and supported venture and R&D projects. His work focuses on developing resource-efficient mining approaches that maximize value recovery from multi-metal deposits while meeting environmental and social sustainability standards.
