Cécile BILLAUX is Head of Unit in the Directorate General for International Partnerships, in charge of Trade, Investment Climate, Entrepreneurship, Raw Materials & Value Chains. She has been working for the European Commission for more than 15 years, holding various positions in relation to health, climate, development and trade, among those a position in the Cabinet of the former EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström. Prior to working for the Commission, Cécile BILLAUX worked in the private sector as a Consultant in public affairs for major international companies. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
