With a passion for sustainability, technology, finance and entrepreneurship, Hans enjoys scouting for interesting investment opportunities in the key focus areas of Finindus, creative deal-making and assuming active board member roles post-investment in Finindus’ portfolio companies. With a background in chemical engineering, he has a strong appetite for material, process and energy-related topics.

Prior to joining Finindus, Hans was the CEO of a green-field start-up, and this after gaining financial know-how and diverse business experience within the financial services (KBC Group) and the oil and gas industry (Texaco/Chevron).
