Robert Brüll, originally from Romania, pursued his studies at RWTH Aachen University. With a background in composites and economics, he began his PhD in 2014 and later became Head of Technical Fibers. His research led to €1.2M Exist funding in 2019 and the founding of FibreCoat in 2020. Despite challenges, he and his team industrialized cost-effective high-performance materials in record time. Robert is active in the startup community, advocating for better conditions for founders as NRW's state spokesperson. His vision for sustainable building blocks drives him, earning numerous international awards. His ability to turn scientific insights into marketable products and inspire others makes him a standout founder and innovator.
