LKAB is Europe's leading mining and minerals group, operating in the North of Sweden and mining around 85% of the iron ore produced in Europe. Together with partners, LKAB has developed the HYBRIT technology for fossil-free steel making and is set to lead the transformation of the mining industry towards a sustainable future. Following recent years’ successful exploration, LKAB has discovered Europe’s so far known largest deposit of Rare Earth Elements. Mr. Moström joined LKAB in 2015 and prior to that he was President Mining Operations for Boliden as well as having extensive experience in senior positions in the mining industry.
