Consultant during 5 years for a strategy consulting firm (ADL, with focus on biotech and public sector) and transformation projects (with Empact, mainprojects: merger of 2 insurances companies, digitalization of flemish broadcaster VRT, program mgt for the public finance administration reform). Regional controller & country lead for SNV (NGO that supports local organisations (consultancy)) in the domains of governance, water, energy, economic sectors and education. With the regional director of West & Central Africa, I was responsible for setting up the regional working group of 10 countries based in Burkina Faso and the country lead within Rwanda. COO at retail company Distriplus, where Inge managed the integration of the back offices of 3 brands, setting up one warehouse, automated replenishment, the first e-shop and targeted customer mailings (CRM) in the sector. Chief of Staff, CIO and CDO at imec, the worldwide leading high tech semi-conductor research institute. Crisis manager for the Brussels region during the COVID crisis, leading the management of all activities for the region in close collaboration with the responsible ministers at the regional and federal levels. Development of the health prevention strategy for the Brussels region and the crisis management plan. Support of the federal minister of health on the vision for health in Belgium for 2030 with a focus on the personnel shortage in hospitals. CEO of VITO, the European leading research organisation in cleantech and sustainability services. Member of the Board of Directors of P&V Insurance (cooperative insurance company) and the Foundation against Cancer (voluntary). Red line: transformations, bringing organisations to the next level, starting from the power of people & technology.
